Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your name, phone number, email address, profile details, app role, and driver or vehicle information when applicable.
- Location information, including precise location used for pickup, drop-off, route guidance, driver availability, active trips, safety, and live trip status.
- Trip and delivery information, such as pickup and destination addresses, route details, trip status, fare information, delivery recipient details, ratings, and support history.
- Payment information, such as payment status, Stripe customer or payment method identifiers, payout status, and transaction records. We do not store full card numbers.
- Device and app information, such as device identifiers, notification tokens, app version, crash data, diagnostics, and security logs.
- Communications you send to us or to other users through support, trip, delivery, or account features.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide rider, driver, trip, delivery, and admin features.
- To match riders with drivers, calculate routes and fares, show live trip progress, and send service notifications.
- To process payments, driver payouts, refunds, balances, and related records through payment service providers.
- To provide customer support, investigate safety issues, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Location Information
MoveNoww uses location data to provide transportation and delivery services. The Driver app may collect precise location while a driver is available or on an active trip, including through a foreground service notification. The Rider app may use precise location for pickup, active trip tracking, safety, and trip sharing. You can manage app location permissions in your device settings, but some features may not work without location access.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe and other payment service providers where available. MoveNoww may receive payment status, payment method identifiers, payout records, and transaction details needed to run the service, but full card numbers are handled by the payment provider.
How We Share Information
- With riders, drivers, and delivery participants as needed to complete trips, deliveries, pickups, drop-offs, communications, and support.
- With service providers that help operate MoveNoww, including Firebase, Google Maps Platform, hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, notification, and payment providers.
- With law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide MoveNoww, maintain safety and security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and keep business records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some trip, transaction, safety, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
MoveNoww is not directed to children under 13. Drivers must meet all local eligibility, licensing, and legal requirements before using driver features.
