MoveNoww is provided by Advanced Systems for Researches and Digitalization. You may permanently delete your app account and associated personal data using either option below.
Delete from the app
- Open MoveNoww Rider or MoveNoww Driver and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the notice and select Delete permanently.
An active trip must first be completed or cancelled so deletion does not strand a rider or driver.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email us from an address you can access. Include the phone number used for your MoveNoww account, your account type (Rider or Driver), and the words “account deletion.” We will use a verification step before acting on the request; never send a password, SMS code, payment card number, or identity-document image by email.
What is deleted
- Your MoveNoww authentication account and profile.
- Stored contact, vehicle, driver-document, emergency-contact, location, and notification-token data in your profile.
- Saved payment methods held for the Rider app and app chat messages associated with your trips.
- Locally saved Rider places and recent searches when deletion is completed in the app.
Information that may be retained
We may retain minimized trip, transaction, payment, payout, tax, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records for the period required or permitted by applicable law. These records are restricted and are not used to restore access to the deleted account. Stripe or another regulated payment provider may also retain records under its own legal obligations.
